If you are a CPR instructor, the official Online AHA Guidelines Instructor Update is now available at the AHA Instructor Network!

Training Center Coordinators, Instructors and Heartsaver Skills Evaluators:

AHA is excited to announce that the official Online AHA Guidelines Instructor Update courses are now posted to the AHA Instructor Network.

For access to the update courses, you must log into the AHA Instructor Network using your registered and confirmed member account. You will find the update courses in the News section, under Guidelines, and then AHA Instructor Updates. There are four update courses, one per discipline (BLS, ACLS and PALS) and a Heartsaver course for Heartsaver Instructors and Heartsaver Skills Evaluators. You must complete an update for each discipline you teach. Once you have successfully completed a course (including passing the course post-test), a certificate of completion will be available for you to print and provide to your Trailing Center Coordinator.

PLEASE NOTE: All AHA Instructors and HSSEs have until April 1, 2011, to complete their science update course(s). Courses taught after April 1, 2011, must incorporate new science.

Thank you for everything you do to provide lifesaving CPR, first aid and ECC training!
